兩個寶寶都在這裡產檢 出生~ 院長看診時的細心, 整個醫療團隊都很盡力的協助~ 生產時候不吝嗇的鼓勵 、 嬰兒室護理師對寶寶的呵護 泌乳師的手法 真的 都 很讚讚唷❤️

醫生真的很認真,感覺都不用睡覺,跟鋼鐵人一樣! 我很佩服醫生的敬業態度! 但是護士方面對於工作的態度,可能需要注意! 我老婆在這邊生第二胎,月子沒做滿先出院回家休息,小朋友留在診所托嬰! 因為小朋友是喝母奶,所以媽媽擠完我會送過去! 當我送到二樓嬰兒室,護理人員請我下次送到一樓就好,他們會下樓取;隔天我拿著母奶至一樓櫃檯,櫃檯旁邊的”有年紀的那位女藥劑師”在我面前碎嘴,母奶放這又不是我負責的,要送去二樓啊! 我當下就火了,二樓叫我放一樓,一樓說不是他們業務範圍,到底是你們交接班有問題,還是你們根本就不是很在意這件事? 另外,小朋友留在那邊托嬰,不能探嬰也沒有提前說明,要求媽媽加入line群組,用發照片的方式,然後照片美肌開到最大,根本看不出來小朋友皮膚狀況! 反應之後,得到的回應是”那你們現在可以探嬰,那照片就不發了”這種處理的方式,是否有點本末倒置? 給三星是因為依然有很認真很敬業的護理師!

Because the children drink mother's milk, so I will send it to the mother after squeezing! When I sent it to the baby room on the second floor, the nursing staff asked me to send it to the first floor next time, and they would go downstairs to pick it up. The next day I took my mother’s milk to the counter on the first floor. The pharmacist broke his mouth in front of me. It is not my responsibility to put the mother's milk on it. It must be sent to the second floor! I was on fire right now. The second floor asked me to put it on the first floor. The first floor said that it was not their business scope. Is it because you have a problem with the shift, or do you just care about it? In addition, the children stayed there to take care of the baby. They could not visit the baby and did not explain in advance. They asked the mother to join the line group and send photos, and then the photos were displayed to the largest extent, and the skin condition of the children was not seen at all! After the reaction, the response I got was "Then you can visit the baby now, then the picture will not be posted". Is this kind of processing method a bit upside-down? To Samsung because there are still serious and dedicated nurses!

雙寶都是在杏生讓郭院長接生的,也一直很推崇杏生的整個團隊,這十幾年來只要有人找尋婦產科醫師,必定推薦郭院長! 但今天早上大概11點去新的高大美杏生掛號做抹片檢查時,小姐說掛號碼是45號,但看診燈號才11號… 也跟櫃檯小姐確認過願意等待才掛號,但只是跟櫃檯小姐說想先離開一個小時再回來,結果旁邊的某位掛號小姐竟然直接說「進來了就不能再出去!」 跑過無數個大小醫院的我,還是第一次聽到醫院有這種規定… 即便是大排長龍的四季台安,也會建議可以先去用餐再斟酌時間回來,避免過號等太久! 不知杏生是因為從診所變大醫院,所以服務態度就跟著下降了嗎? 櫃檯第一線人員態度就這麼不好,真的對升級後的杏生感到失望,也懷念起之前的杏生! 我想,即使我再多推崇郭院長的技術、態度,但服務這麼冰冷的醫院,似乎也不值得我再繼續支持和強力推薦了! 再說,若這是杏生一貫的管理方式的話,那我可能也只好捨棄信任的郭醫師,改去距離遠,但服務品質更好的四季台安了! 但還是會建議杏生的經營團隊,如果真的想在北高雄有長遠的立足點,能夠好好看一下網路上的評論… 若不能好好的把握住每一個病患,就枉費郭院長精湛的醫術了! 給兩顆星是代表我對郭院長的信任,還有默默期許高大美杏生醫院有朝一日真的能夠成為北高雄的婦產科指標!

The result was that a registered girl next to her directly said, "You can't go out after you come in!" It’s the first time I have heard of such regulations in hospitals after running through countless large and small hospitals... Even in the long queues of Four Seasons Tai'an, it is recommended to go for a meal first and then come back at your discretion to avoid waiting too long for the number! I wonder if Xingsheng has changed his service attitude from a clinic to a hospital? The attitude of the front-line staff at the counter was so bad, they were really disappointed with the upgraded Xingsheng, and missed the previous Xingsheng! I think that even if I admire Dean Guo's skills and attitude more, the hospital with such a cold service does not seem worthy of my continued support and strong recommendation! Besides, if this is Xingsheng's consistent management method, then I might have to abandon the trusted Dr. Guo and go to Siji Tai'an, which is far away but has better service quality! But I would still suggest that Xingsheng’s management team, if they really want to have a long-term foothold in North Kaohsiung, can take a good look at the comments on the Internet... If you can’t grasp every patient well, you will be wasting the superb medical skills of Dean Guo! Giving two stars represents my trust in President Guo, and I also silently hope that Gaodamei Xingsheng Hospital will one day become an obstetrics and gynecology index in North Kaohsiung!

今天早上去拿藥,櫃檯掛號小姐可能需要再回護校學習一下吧! 問不回應就算了我們乖乖在一旁等候,終於她小姐甘願理我們了,是問了一句口氣非常差的xx處方籤嗎? 小姐妳話含在嘴裡還好我們理解力還不錯!聽懂妳要表達的。 但是這樣的觀感非常的不好,櫃檯是一間診所的門面,我們不求妳笑容滿面或是親切服務,只希望你不要一問三不知還擺高姿態,也許你是剛來上班所以不懂,但是基本回應可以理我們嗎? 我們是要掛號看醫生拿藥,不是要跟你借錢,可以不要完全不回應也不抬頭,最後這麼兇惡的問我們來意嗎? 還是貴診所現在看醫生都需要先拜碼頭才能看????

報到號碼為看診順序,比我晚報到的卻比我早進去,看診號都沒更新,同一個號碼叫好幾個人看去看完了,明明下一個就換我的號碼,卻等了一個小時,醫師掃超音波也很隨便,完全沒說明超音波的狀況,還沒有印超音波給我,護理師冷淡,連衛生紙都沒給我擦肚子,跟他討衛生紙還一臉不想理人

已經繳完三劑子宮頸疫苗的錢,錢都收了,然後簡訊也通知要打第二劑了,到現場才說缺貨。詢問櫃台也是一副不關我的事的態度。詢問什麼時候會有貨會不會通知,也是隨便一張紙條叫你留資料,櫃台服務態度真的可以不用這麼差!
