★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鱔魚意麵的鱔魚脆彈不軟爛，也處理的很乾淨不腥，勾芡不算太甜加醋跟一點辣椒會加分，份量一般，花枝蠻厚切的，新鮮彈牙給的很大方，應該是左楠地區前兩名的花枝意麵?每次必點的蛤蜊湯今天有點縮水了，蛤蜊變小顆還有含沙，不知道是不是吐沙時間不夠久，口感湯頭差了一點，覺得剛開幕時的比較好吃（喝）⋯但口味還是不差啦！
