★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家自助餐我吃了10年以上了，很多自助餐店為了省油，把炸過肉的回鍋油又拿下去炒菜，可以說是幾乎每一間便當店跟自助餐都會犯的錯，而好品自助餐卻沒有，雖然這家不是說炒的菜多好吃，價錢也不是說到非常低，但是吃得到食物的原味及健康，這就是為什麼好品的菜吃起來有一種家裡炒的味道，身為在地楠梓人我很推薦這家自助餐，希望這則評論能幫到要幫買便當的人。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 價格不知道怎麼算的？看評論幾乎都說便宜?3菜1飯1魚肚要150元...上次夾3菜1肉1飯90，魚肚不是很新鮮而且中間一小塊沒熟?不過菜色選擇挺多，菜也炒的還不錯吃。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 四個菜約70～80，三菜一肉約80～100，常常吃到毛和飛蟲，附近就只有這間自助餐，所以CP值一年比一年差。真心建議不是炸的肉不要夾，以我多年來的實驗成果顯示，只要吃一定落賽（原本以為菜裡面有加冬粉，咬不斷才發現是橡皮筋）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 青菜也多但比較油，魚類海鮮蠻多。味道不錯，菜色多，但重複性高。適合省錢一族。價格看老闆娘心情。老闆娘有點不耐煩，如果你慢給錢?。怕熱怕悶還是怕油煙味勿內用。此照片半碗飯4菜＝35元，但有時這樣會收40-45元 喔～
唯一缺點太早打烊。6：00pm就快收了。買晚餐建議5：00PM就到那。

我跟朋友同時買他內用我外帶，他多到放進外帶盒子會爆的量而且3菜一肉才60我的把那小空間放滿兩菜一肉就65了
