★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天打電話訂了晚餐，20分鐘要去取時一位外籍口音店員說沒有看到你的麵，接著來了一位較有年紀的店員看了看說還沒煮,馬上把我手中錢拿走說煮很快啦，在去拿麵時看到都沒客人在等，而且3個店員都在聊天在玩，如果是在忙那我願意等，但在玩鬧卻把訂單忘了，那我幹嘛要先打電話...而且店員一點不好意思的感覺都沒有，不猶豫 我就直接說沒關係我不要了，改去隔壁買鴨肉飯,只能說 感覺真的很糟糕

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 衛生有待加強，員工的危機處理能力也不行，反映後重新煮了一碗新的送過來換回這碗加料的回去，但卻只煮了湯底沒有麵，說我包的是湯跟麵分開的，以為我麵還沒放進去（傻眼），一份手捏麵很貴嗎？？？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點了所謂自製的2碗四川牛肉麵 ，送來的卻是排骨拉麵 ，一碗因為有喝一口湯了就算了 ，一碗沒動的請服務員確認 ，問完竟然端回來說已經煮了 ！不就是要強迫接受的意思 ？朋友表明就是要吃牛肉麵 ，才不太情願的端回去 。後來送來的牛肉麵的肉跟麵都明顯少很多，朋友說會不會是請他們換 ，不高興的緣故 ？
東西不好吃就算了 ，又貴服務又差 ！
