★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 還記得以前吃到的蚵仔煎表皮脆又好吃，粉漿也不會太厚，每次返鄉都一定要來吃一下！但是今天一開始是老闆在煎，後來看到換一個年輕人煎，吃起來粉漿很厚，口感很稠不好咬，也不是很酥脆，和記憶中的味道不一樣非常失望！而且還等了非常久，比隔壁早來，還比隔壁晚了十多分才拿到！
從今天和以前的照片就可以看出來，今天蚵仔煎的邊緣完全沒有金黃色酥脆的皮，口感差很多！
