突然想到要吃肉包、找了一下 估狗 看到了這家原味手工饅頭 哇!這一家的口味品項真多 於是出發、來到了楠梓軍校路的加油站斜對面 買了麻婆豆腐包、辣味黃金荀包、四季豆包 麻婆豆腐包:塊狀形的豆腐香氣四溢,麻辣口味不重希望辣度可選擇,但這個搭配的口味意外的好配。 辣味黃金荀包:第一次吃包子內餡的是荀絲,一般是荀塊,不是酸的荀絲哦,微辣而有口感的荀絲,不一樣的感受,內餡的豬肉是少許的肉末不是肉包式的整坨肉。 四季豆包:有口感的四季豆,讓我想多買幾個,肉餡紮紮實實的,四季豆偏多,調味也剛剛好,推薦。 下次再來去嚐試不一樣的口味

少數店面製作環境乾淨的饅頭包子店,山東饅頭不會甜,適合不吃糖的消費者如我。豆沙包的紅豆餡不會很甜,比較健康,外面其他店家賣的都太甜。 這陣子每天吃住處附近的某家饅頭店饅頭,製作環境髒,吊扇、放地上的工業電扇、地板都是灰塵。店家製作好的的包子、饅頭放鐵架上,用放在地上的髒工業電扇吹涼,表皮蒙上灰塵。每次吃他們的饅頭都得把表皮看得到的幾個黑點灰塵捏掉,有次還有半公分頭髮。這樣吃了一個多月,受不了,才特地跑到這家很遠的饅頭店買饅頭。

麵皮和內餡(菜包、雪裡紅)的口感很乾,菜吃起來也很老,內餡的料也稍嫌乏味,沒有紅蘿蔔香菇之類的,個人不推。
