★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 許多住戶反映多處樑身有裂縫嚴重還滲水，地下室水塔下水痕壁癌多，建商態度消極就算了，保固內的維修建商委員會不為住戶積極爭取敷衍了事，不久前還有5位委員同時退出該委員會制度上肯定有很大的問題。
機車位居然不到總住戶都能使用的格數，無一戶一車格的配置，建商委員會承諾的新增停車車格也不了了之。
有考慮入住這棟及旁邊同建商的捷運棧住戶請斟酌仔細呀!
