有健身房、飲水機、24小時管理員、個人機車停車位、電梯，以硬體設備看房租5800，cp值很高，水電收費雖然不照台水台電計算，但合理。押金不會亂扣。
缺點：
房間很潮濕，衣櫃桌子會發霉，床墊很臭滿滿的霉味，躺在床上翻個身就會聞到，在意的人要注意牆壁是否有壁癌以及床墊的味道。
靠近36巷那面的房間車子經過時聲音很大。冷氣聲音也很吵。
advantage:

The room near Lane 36 makes a loud noise when the car passes by. The air-conditioning sound is also very noisy.
