★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看房子參觀，覺得設計不夠好，陽台太小，曬衣服是直的，根本曬不到太陽，開陽台門還會卡到。
廚房不夠大，連放電器櫃的位置都沒有，放冰箱就滿了，連看了2間的住戶都把電器用品放在陽台，辛苦了，廚房真的很小....
最麻煩的就是車位每年都要重抽，沒抽中只能租外面的車位，下雨天購物還要帶小孩，戶外車位真的不適合有小孩的家庭
Looking at the house, I felt that the design was not good enough, the balcony was too small, the clothes were straight, there was no sun at all, and the balcony door would get stuck.
The kitchen is not big enough, there is no place for the discharger cabinet, the refrigerator is full, even the residents who have seen 2 rooms put the electrical appliances on the balcony, it is hard, the kitchen is really small...
The most troublesome thing is that the parking spaces have to be re-sold every year. If they are not drawn, they can only rent outside parking spaces. When shopping on rainy days, they have to bring children. Outdoor parking spaces are really not suitable for families with children.
