在線上能非常有耐心的回答我問題；在店裡也是相當專業地講解。價格親民，花草種類多，凡舉室外到室內、多肉、香草等等⋯
買過幾盆薄荷回家，跟其他花市的相比，花熊的植物很健康！扦插出好多薄荷小朋友～
唯一唯一希望能改善的是，店員太少。
有時候店裡人手不足，若有問題要詢問，同時又有其他客人的話，可能要等十幾分鐘。

The only hope for improvement is that there are too few staff.
Sometimes the store is understaffed. If there are questions to ask, and if there are other customers, it may take more than ten minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次去花熊是路過順便買了盆栽，這次因為家裡是後勁溪邊的高雄厝，陽台要重新整理，於是再請花熊代為規劃施工。從現場丈量，給圖到報價速度都很快，施工品質更是好得沒話說。工程人員非常尊重客戶的看法，會一邊按圖施工一邊詢問我這樣滿意嗎？要微調嗎？這真是一次令人滿意的服務經驗。
