★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自去年在這間店訂製蛋糕，取件時那位店員已包好，我問她不用開起來讓我看看嗎？她說不用不會有錯，結果我千里迢迢坐火車拿到朋友家一打開傻眼是錯的還是拿了個朋友不能吃的口味；整個慶生完全掃興，我還打電話給店員當時竟然一個叫一個來接讓我等超久；最後說要我回店裡會退差價錢給我～
當我回店裡時，才一開口說我有打電話反應蛋糕……還沒講完店員立刻說喔！我知道，下一秒從收營機拿了零錢快速的塞給我然後立刻服務下一位客人？？當下的我像是乞丐進去乞錢的？她們連句道歉也沒有？根本看不到服務的態度；我連要反應蛋糕應該當下開啟讓顧客確認的說話機會都沒有！
那之後我不再踏入這間分店，還告訴我身邊的人不要進那間店；我現在都甘願跑遠點到大社店去，她們服務好又親切。
甚至嫌遠我就去別間麵包店買了！

I know, the next second, I took the change from the camping machine and quickly stuffed it with me and then immediately served the next guest? ? I'm like a beggar going in to beg for money now? Did they even apologize? I can't see the attitude of service at all; I don't even have a chance to say that the cake should be opened now for customers to confirm!
After that, I stopped stepping into this branch, and told people around me not to enter that branch; now I am willing to go further to the Dashe shop, and their service is good and friendly.
Even if it's too far, I went to another bakery and bought it!

不知道為什麼總是都會有這種員工拖累店家！
去了很多次都是同樣的感覺，個子高高的那個店員是女生。
不要小編在這邊道歉，
但是員工還是故作自我不改變！
