給四星是因為，口感的一致性不算好。麵條有時煮太軟（不喜歡）、乾麵有時湯給太多（會把麵泡軟）。
不過整體而言還是喜歡的！味道、份量、價格都很不錯，是常去吃的麵店之一。
P.S. 非常推薦闆娘自製的辣椒醬。放在門口的小台子上，透明綠色扁圓罐裝。只推那罐，其他辣油的、現成的那幾罐辣椒就還好

Four stars are given because the consistency of taste is not good. Sometimes the noodles are cooked too soft (I don't like it), and sometimes the soup is too much for the dry noodles (it will soak the noodles soft).
But overall I like it! The taste, portion, and price are very good, and it is one of the most frequent noodle shops.
P.S. I highly recommend Banniang’s homemade chili sauce. Put it on a small table at the door, in a transparent green oblate can. Just push that can, other chili oil and ready-made cans of chili are fine
