有些人吃得清淡、健康、養生，如水煮輕食店；
我覺得一森青的定位在於兩者之間。
當你餐餐重鹹、重油，水煮輕食又覺得缺了點鈉，那一森青的產品絕對適合你。
吃過好吃及原味口味，本人對咖喱比較沒興趣，所以就沒有點來吃過。
好吃口味—壺底油基底的特調醬汁，因此喜歡有點鹹度的人可以先嘗試好吃口味。
原味口味—雞汁的香氣搭配軟嫩雞腿肉，順口不油膩。
如果未來店家推出綜合口味（好吃+原味），我想也許會有另一番風味，提供店家參考。

滷蛋跟南瓜都很認真處理
雞肉鮮嫩多汁
重點是吃起來很乾淨！

但是肉真的很嫩很好吃，我覺得比較像油雞(?)的那種感覺，不是柴柴的雞胸肉～
醬汁有點甜甜的,還有南瓜煮得剛剛好 不錯吃~

But the meat is really tender and delicious. I think it feels more like a chicken (?), not Chai Chai’s chicken breast~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally Nanzih has a quality bento cuisine just like Taipei, with much affordable price. Highly recommend their chicken bento, very juicy and tender. Love the store decoration and service. They do delivery for Kaohsiung Nanzih Technology Industrial Park. Will visit again soon.
