從大誠貨運第一年在麻豆成立開始,我們的柚子就全部讓他們送了。 雖然一開始也有出問題,但,辦公人員一直很用心的在幫我們處理,所以我們也願意再跟大誠配合每年的中秋的貨物寄送。 結果今年換了新老板後 客人要詢問貨物在何處 訊息不讀不回、已讀不回 打電話不接也不回,逼得我們只能麻煩客戶親自打電話去貨運公司詢問⋯ 期間還把貨品遺失跟送錯貨品送錯,最離譜的是竟然還叫收貨人自己去跟對方換⋯讓客人打電話來抱怨⋯ 甚至在貨物寄出的高峰期,貨運公司直接叫司機來跟老客戶說不收貨了⋯逼得我們只能臨時去找貨運來收,還要跟客人解釋運費問題,還要被客人唸跟責備⋯ 要收運費就主動聯繫 結果收款明細名字也不對 要求給紙本明細 結果紙本明細的金額又跟訊息裡面的金額不一樣 到現在只傳來要收款項的事情而已,也沒說到遺失的部份該怎麼賠償或處理跟道歉⋯ 我就想請問大家 這樣的貨運公司,這樣的服務態度你們會打幾顆星 要選擇大誠貨運的⋯請務必三思再三思

送貨的也無法理性溝通,把貨物丟在某個地方 模糊告知某某地址附近,讓客人自己去尋找貨物??附近找了卻沒有看到,以為要尋寶遊戲嗎?間接搞得家裡雞犬不寧 ,真得令人很火大!!!希望不要有公司跟這間合作!沒有遇過這麼糟糕的經驗….!給一星我還嫌多..too bad!

司機態度超差 不知道員工怎麼訓練的 中午打電話說貨已經到了 但家裡沒人請他隔日再送貨 結果居然直接把貨物丟給家裡附近的社區住宅??? 然後電話也沒說是那個社區住宅 就回個大概大概的地址是?? 附近那麼多住宅區是要自己一一尋找是嗎? 搞到現在貨都不知道在哪裡!! 要客人自己去找貨真的很扯 可以不要有任何公司跟這家貨運公司配合好嗎? 真的很讓人生氣?
