是南部肉圓那種蒸出來的皮
內餡是簡單的豬絞肉，沒有豬臭味很新鮮好吃的絞肉
整道料理的本體-醬～配好的是醬+番茄醬+蒜泥，但我比較愛吃沒有番茄醬的版本，可以在點餐時告訴店家

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在地知名美食小吃之一，肉圓專賣店沒有兼賣其他食物，就是專賣肉圓和四神湯。用餐時間常常會遇到大排長龍的景象，人客絡繹不絕象徵著店家名符其實的美食名店稱號。點了三顆肉圓和四神湯後就坐，美食在三分鐘內立即會送上，並順便結了帳，免去櫃檯結帳的不方便也減少了排隊等待的時間。肉圓一顆12元相當平價，個頭不大，乃是蒸的肉圓非炸皮的彰化大肉圓，但是皮一點也不缺乏彈性，非常彈牙，口感甚好，肉餡是扎實的瘦肉，但是皮總是破的有點可惜。湯的部份則較為普通，沒有很特別之處
