Waldorf education system, the class is a mixed age class, only the young class is separated. When the children have conflicts, the teacher will not directly intervene, they will first observe the children's handling methods, unless it is a more serious conflict. My experience is that this will be unfair to children in small classes or new to school. If the teacher does not deal with the child's conflict in a very intelligent way, it can easily lead to being bullied at a young age. Of course, it depends on luck. If the older brother and older sister in the class are very good, the younger brother and sister will be very happy, but they often encounter bullying situations. I think the teacher's handling is very important. Some freshmen will be transferred because of unsuitability, which also makes them have a bad impression of the school.

The kindergarten of the Taiwan Sugar Flower Farm is adjacent to the farm, so there are also tourists in and out on the weekdays. There is also a barbecue area and a racing area next to the farm. Even if the kindergarten is well-equipped, but strangers go in and out too much, individuals are not assured.
