依我在線上blog爬文，發現過去是無添加己二烯酸鉀—過去無添加的保存期限由120天，增至現今添加的180天—但此類添加劑已證實會危害人體健康，造成基因毒性，進而可能導致基因突變或助長癌細胞生長物質。且近期歐盟也發布該添加物不得在使用於食品當中。已有諸多研究證實其含有毒性。我看到時非常不開心！
