幾年前曾經去看過,前台小姐一樣的老問題:態度很差,回話好像欠他會錢一樣,醫生雖然技術還不錯,但是怎麼一直要病患簽一些東西,而且會藉機推銷反正整個感覺很不好.評價在評價診所還是照開啦!

之前都是給朱醫師看,技術不錯但蠻會拖的(我爸被用也是這樣覺得)除此之外都蠻不錯的。 護士的態度是時好時壞,有時候就滿沒禮貌的這樣。 直到今天我轉給邱醫師看,是院長吧好像,因為聽說他技術不錯才轉給他看。剛開始都沒怎樣,就是講話有點直吧其他還好。接著要拔之前就叫我簽同意書,簡單介紹一下上面的東西,我想說應該也要開始就直接簽了(各位以後都要注意自己簽了什麼喔)然後在他拔之前就說會幫我塞一個膠原蛋白會比較快好什麼的,結果被拔完直接被收$2000塊???他還在那邊跟我argued 他有說要自費,重點是沒有啊,其實他講話真的有夠含糊,不管是戴口罩還是怎樣。總之我真的沒聽到什麼2000塊,傻眼爆了。後來我爸媽去講他態度也是超差,本來想說放了就放了也沒辦法,他就開始說那你們以後去別間看好了,阿或者是覺得經濟有困難不繳也沒關係,如果你們真的繳了我幫你把錢捐給慈善機構齁~是不是他心虛覺得沒說才這樣講不曉得,但真的很生氣。

因緣際會來到這間診所,是想要解決別間處理不好的根管治療。這種棘手的爛攤子說真的蠻吃力不討好的,沒有什麼能耐或缺乏耐性的牙醫根本連碰都不想碰。畢竟根管治療的患者在治療期間突發狀況很多,需要三番兩次回去煩牙醫師,要牙醫師查看狀況並且換藥什麼的,這個過程很折騰,考驗著患者對牙醫師的信任,更考驗牙醫師自身的臨場應變。慶幸的是,邱醫師真的不一樣!也許是執業經驗豐富,他總能沉穩淡定地剖析狀況,並且胸有成竹地迅速處置,這總讓恐懼就醫的我心裡多了一份踏實。 我總共做了下排一顆側門牙,與兩顆大臼齒的根管治療,期間來回診所不下二十次!每當需要在嘴裡含著尖銳的針去拍攝X光片時,說實話內心非常地恐懼!但幾次以來訓練有素的牙醫助理都會悉心解說,無論是引導我用手指按壓X光片的步驟,或是引導我調整臉部的角度與下顎的高度,這群助理們的動作都可謂敏捷又精準,最大程度地減緩身為患者的我,必須張著嘴又含著針的恐懼感與不適感。在我心目中好的牙醫診所就該如此,牙醫助理熟練地扮演著醫師與患者間橋樑的角色,我也很喜歡櫃檯的助理,不會虛情假意地逢迎患者,卻總會體貼地幫我查看醫師還能約診的空檔,真摯地詢問下次什麼時候方便回診,電話中的應對也同樣真誠。 我並不需要醫師多麼親切多麼溫柔!畢竟醫學界不是娛樂圈,醫師也不是藝人,無須將取悅患者當作首要目標。良善醫病關係的基礎,是建立在真誠的溝通之上的,邱醫師的專業素養值得讚賞!治療過程中他始終都有清楚明確地告知我目前的進度,也會邀請我拿起鏡子一同檢視口腔的現況,儘管根管治療是如此地曠日廢時,但他總能保持著冷靜嚴謹的專注力(concentration),值此同時他所展現的同理心(empathy),意即設身處地換位思考的情商素養,對我而言已經超越許多的牙醫師。他沒有貪婪牟利,堅持不做過度治療(over treatment),且沒有積極地勸誘自費療程:這在那些裝潢地美輪美奐的牙科診所裡罕見少有!這間診所充滿著溫馨的人情味。

醫生沒問題 ,但護士可能本身個性就暴躁,若不是情緒管理有些問題,就是說話習慣用命令的口氣去溝通,缺乏同理心跟基本的服務態度,診所有再好的醫術都枉然,客人不會有忠誠度。

拔三顆智齒,都是給邱醫師拔的,拔牙技術蠻好的,5秒內就結束了,只是醫生跩跩的,心情好才會跟你聊上幾句。反正技術好就好了!
