診所門診時間到21:30,什麼時候改成要看陳醫師的門診必須提早「一小時」抵達方能掛號看診?完全沒有公告,以前也都沒這個問題。如果今天陳醫師較忙碌有事需提早結束診療是否可請小編在FB社群PO個文呢?或者是診所遊戲規則有變動時?【更新:今天才更新網站資訊的,昨天我看到的確實是沒有呵!】 基本上大醫院大概是門診結束前30分要報到(1小時左右停止掛號),診所門診結束前10-15分鐘或病人看不完時停止掛號。可是稍待一回後,21:05發現診所內已經無候診病人,應該沒有看不完的問題吧? 要提早一小時掛號(20:30)是櫃台小姐說的,其他細節我不清楚不能亂說(是溝通不良?還是真有這條沒公告的新規矩?...我就不亂猜測避免爭議!) 總結:一些平常就該知道的規矩(診所內不方便講電話or手機開震動靜音、如果可以就到裡面等以免耽誤彼此時間、防疫期間要戴好口罩)不公告是沒差,但若平常一般人較不知悉的事項是否應該先公告?[ 先前診所取消預約制度,這就超級早發布公告,這就是個好範例不是嗎?] (先給三星,待了解狀況後可能在進行適當的調整,這個評論大家都能看到,發言也要負責任,我不會刻意造謠。) 【業主回應後更新】 1. 首先,對於診所勇於承認錯誤這件事感到肯定!有說明理由,基本上我不會去刻意的質疑理由是否恰當,會這樣回覆,一定就是有這個必要。 2. 我在最初張貼評論時(9/16 凌晨2點期間),叫號系統門診表仍然是舊資訊,當日下午我看的時候確實有更新了。診所也理解說:平台的資訊更新會比較慢,那日後若制定有其他之新規矩是否請診所先行測試一般訪客瀏覽時網頁正常,在開始實行呢? 3. 最讓人反感的是:當天我欲掛號時,櫃台人員說「陳醫師的診只掛號到八點半,下次早點來」這句話。可是我完全沒看到公告耶!一樣回到最前面的段落,如果今天是用「陳醫師今天比較忙,他的門診只看到九點」、或者是誠實的說明是何理由,導致陳醫師改成周三與周五的門診只看到九點。這樣子對方的感受是不是會比較好呢?而不是突然冒出一句讓人百思不解的話語。
