是老顧客了,但這次事件真的令人很不愉快!不會在光顧此家店了!!!在此店買了一碗麵,到家發現碗底破了湯跟麵都漏出來了,聯繫商家說可以換,去店裡老闆娘接手過去,我說碗底破了,店家沒有一句抱歉跟解釋,叫員工處理,員工問怎麼處理,老闆娘居然說湯倒回去煮(漏在塑膠袋裡的湯),我聽到很訝異的趕緊跟老闆娘說那不用了,這樣做我不要了(那是一般塑膠袋ㄟ熱湯漏出,早溶出塑化劑了,你們是作吃的應該更有這方面的食安常識才對,這樣的做法我跟本不必大老遠跑來換了,跟我自己在家拿碗倒出來吃有什麼不同,只是換了一個容器而已),這時老闆娘聽到我說不要了,就《口氣很不好》的大聲跟員工說,「那碗不要了(員工已把塑膠袋裡的湯倒入),給她重煮一碗」(不是本來就要重煮一碗給我嗎?這樣對客人生氣),讓我非常傻眼!這是對客人的應有的應對態度嗎?我沒有覺得消費者付費就是老大,不就一碗麵而已,而且要不是碗破了,我也不想跑回來換,很浪費我的時間,我只是覺得這樣的做法,我真的不敢吃,一碗麵才多少,我騎了二十分跟你換這碗麵,我原本也不想換,要不是家人叫我去換,我還真懶,早知餵狗狗他還會搖尾巴,去受了一肚子氣,真的是一間對客人很客氣的店家!(一直到離開都沒有聽到半句抱歉!)
