但餐點上沒什麼日系元素
今天吃的是炸魚肚飯
有時候我會覺得魚肚特性
很不適合用油炸的方式做烹飪
魚肚本身就含有魚油
用炸的會讓魚肚吃起來較為油膩
而且這樣就吃不出魚本身到底新不新鮮
即使如此之澤食堂的炸魚肚外皮酥脆
魚肉本身口感也不錯
就是如上述所說油炸的方式會讓魚肚更為油膩
此店的便當菜色和白飯有分開來裝
這點還是能看出店家的貼心
菜的部分中等
高麗菜有點生硬
可能沒有熟透
總之蠻好吃的
