之前凍甲有點嚴重，只是想去諮詢一下可以怎麼處理或舒緩，結果建議的診療方式也沒說明清楚，也沒等病患確認答應要不要施行，也沒溫和小心的處理，直接咻一下直接把凍甲整個插進去剪掉，來不及反應就痛到無法忍受!!!重點是本來只是凍甲，這麼一剪重新長出來的變成捲甲，痛得要命又無法正常穿鞋，花了好幾萬用矯正器，到現在矯正超過一年了還沒完全好!!!!!!

The frozen nail was a bit serious before, I just wanted to ask how to deal with or relieve it, but the recommended diagnosis and treatment method was not clearly explained, nor did I wait for the patient to confirm whether or not to implement it, and I did not handle it gently and carefully. The frozen nail was inserted and cut out, and the pain was unbearable if it was too late to react!!! The point is that it was originally just frozen nails, and after such a cut, it regrewed into curled nails, which was so painful that I could not wear shoes normally. I have used orthotics, and it has been corrected for more than a year now and it is still not completely healed!!!!!!
