員工要清楚明白到底是有效期限還是到貨日期，自己都不清楚，怎麼解說。
例如：很久之前有次去買冬瓜，上頭的日期是1/1日，當天購買時候是1/3，
(詳細日期忘記了）
所以詢問了一下店員，店員剛開始說，那是1/1是有效期限喔，我說那東西期限過了唷，可能要注意一下唷。
但後來又說，喔，那是到貨日期啦，
所以~到底是有效期限還是到貨日期，，?（雖然還是可以使用）
但這樣感覺不是很好，，顯得比較不專業，話術很重要～
