★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11/26工作撞到牙缺角，當下沒有申請診斷證明，12/26要申請診斷證明，一堆理由不開，當下開了消腫 止痛 消炎的藥給我吃，這樣沒辦法開診斷證明給我，沒有要在貴診所做後續處理就不能申請嗎？
