好吃!外皮脆脆的,青菜像鐵板燒煎的一樣很香,用料很大方,真的是吃過最好吃的蚵仔煎!

很用心的料理‼價格也很親民️? 邊邊口感脆脆的,中間軟Q! 青菜都是先用鐵板炒過,有鐵板燒的吃青菜香味?很脆口? 蚵仔都超大顆‼️而且很新鮮? 醬汁很香,鹹度不太鹹 但是因為食材都很新鮮 所以不需要太重口味的醬汁就很好吃了

第一次看到這麼處理蚵仔煎,很像在製作鐵板燒。每個過程都可看到老闆的細膩謹慎,很用心。蚵仔和麵糊分開、但吃的時候依然好吃?。醬料也是精神所在,超搭的!可以再次造訪喔!
