★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真的如果沒有星真的是一顆星都不想給！申請個網路銀行整整等了1小時40分～這是我到過銀行辦網銀讓我真的不免火都快上來了！辦事的小姐只有一人，還慢慢來，要開戶的和一些要處理事情的大家都塞在那邊，浪費我們寶貴的時間！真的是因為有帳戶在這裡，不然真的不想繼續使用！真的很無言～是作業模式這樣，還是人員太散漫～真的不想在去了！
 Really do n’t want to give it if there is no star! I applied for an Internet Banking and waited for 1 hour and 40 minutes. This is the fact that I have been to the bank to do Internet Banking. There was only one lady doing things, and she took it slowly. Everyone who wanted to open an account and some people who had to deal with things were stuck there, wasting our precious time! It's really because there is an account here, otherwise I really don't want to continue using it! It's really speechless ~ It's the job mode, or the staff is too loose ~ I really don't want to go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 辦個網路銀行辦了快一年還辦不成功，每次去都等超久，等了半天還等不到，密碼被鎖起來還沒有給我密碼單，網路銀行卡片記得家裡卡片還記錯張卡片，每次問問題臉都超臭，然後自己也不太會用網銀，後來結論還是沒辦好，只好放棄在繼續辦了，浪費別人的時間氣死。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 爛爆了的一家銀行，服務態度，效率真的是……一群87在上班的地方，開戶平均一個客人要2小時以上，一天能開幾個戶呢？還不能抽號碼牌，全場只由櫃檯自己控制，天啊～什麼爛銀行，要不是需要薪轉！鬼才要來開戶。員工連登打都有困難了，全是靠關係進來的嗎？
服務完一個客人後……應該是尿急囉～人不見快20分鐘了！！！
