往常吃過牛雜裡有牛肚,牛腩肉,而不是肉處理後不要的雜物和腸,真是前所未見嚇呆了.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 肉的份量不少，$100。湯溫溫的，不熱，我喜歡潮州那些夠燙的店家。綜評3.5+，不算雷但也沒有特別好，潮州牛肉湯的香味只剩九層塔明顯保留下來，中藥感不見了，但肉質算好的，量又多，足以對得起$100的價位。飽餐一頓是OK的。
The meat portion is a lot, $100. The soup is warm, not hot, I like those shops in Chaozhou that are hot enough. The overall review is 3.5+. It's not thunderous but not particularly good. The aroma of the Chaozhou beef soup is only left in the nine-story pagoda. A full meal is OK.
