我是在台中區購買此牌的抽水馬達。在今天10/27號下午2點30分,這是我遇過態度最不好的抽水馬達保固檢修師傅… 新買的抽水馬達 不到兩個月 故障 請熟識的水電來現場檢查 發現買到機王(真的有馬達問題)我來電於九品牌此公司業務部 打了兩通電話 說當天會馬上處理 到了下午 我再次回電 師傅卻說 他在台中海線趕不過來 我說好 那明天約個時間看師傅方便 結果對方也給個不確定的答案,隔天早上11點再次回電給業務部 她卻說師傅沒有跟你回電嗎? 我說沒有 她說會在通知師傅 因為他們的單 是會轉換不同師傅處理的 結果現場師傅很沒有品的 完全沒有檢查馬達問題(完全沒有拆 直接一直測電壓 結果也正常 一直講 是水電要處理的部分與他們機子無關,還一直說「你們做美容的賺那麼多,再買新抽水馬達就好?」 太沒品了…我才購買不到兩個月 我只是希望把這件事處理好,一直說他們機子沒問題用完機子的地方也沒有幫我們善後直接丟著 過程很不舒服的一直說他日理萬機很忙他開了一個多小時的車就為了幫我檢查 結果也正常? 過程一直說無數遍 (我要走了走了) 他們公司的檢修保固師傅 真的是講話讓人好不舒服 也不會在選購此公司相關的然後產品了。也請大家選購九品牌之前三思 售後保固維修的問題 非常差勁。 也告訴高雄總公司,台中分公司的處理方式,讓我店家非常的不舒服並且不友善,侮辱職業還強詞奪理,希望公司能重視師傅的言語表達。

一年多就故障,報修聯絡一直都撥錯電話,最後聯繫說12:00前要修好,我要外出接小孩。結果11:50才到。只好派老婆去接小孩,我自己跑上跑下測試,中間還跌倒,工人還是一副無所謂的樣子,說有甚麼意見去跟老闆說。

報修後,拖了4天才回覆,也不來看,就直接報價說要換IC板$2200,還說還有其他零件可能也要換可能要花費不少錢。不來看就直接這樣洗腦換新的,請問這是哪個業主會接受,在高雄
