湯頭略有甜味，很值得再去吃的在地小吃。

?魚焿($60)
1.一碗有四塊魚肉...但每塊都不算大塊. ?
2.其他配料就南部焿常見的高麗菜...細扁魚...另外加上蒜頭...香菜...以及芹菜.
3.焿不至於太稀...有稠度. 口味偏甜.
4.桌上放的調味料中...辣油還不錯. 可以加一些來試試不同風味的焿.

1.牆壁上貼有2004年的報導...那時一碗是...$40. ?

?Fish 焿 ($60)
1. There are four pieces of fish in a bowl...but each piece is not big. ?
2. The other ingredients are the common cabbage in southern braising... thin flat fish... plus garlic... coriander... and celery.
3. The steam is not too thin...has a consistency. The taste is sweet.
4. Among the seasonings on the table... the spicy oil is not bad. You can add some to try different flavors of braising.

1. There is a report from 2004 on the wall... a bowl was... $40. ?
