★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 房子是很漂亮，很乾淨，但是太吵了！對面就是中鋼，每天到半夜都會有大卡車按喇叭，然後家裡就算拖完地下班回到家灰塵還是特別多，都是砂石車出入真的有夠吵！又多灰塵，隔音又不好，而且管理員常常不在，每次要拿包裹都沒看到人，只有早上會看到他，蠻不推薦的！

我的朋友時常來這裡找我，管理員一直要求我的朋友登記名字，已「要控管人數」為由，但我朋友不是住在這裡不能強制要求留名吧？
管理員六點下班，有時候五點多就走了，包裹常常也拿不到，請問繳管理費的意義何在？
電梯常常維修，基本上兩個月就要走樓梯，這層有13樓，而且只有一台電梯
我的室友已經在電梯裡困了兩次‼️‼️‼️‼️
有一次還停了1個小時?????
維修也只是做表面而已
住在這裡或租在這裡真的要三思～
