純手工製作，豬後腿肉裹上魚漿慢煮，滿滿的整塊肉條，以熬煮的肉羹為湯底，加入香菇、筍絲、還有炸的香香的鯿魚酥，加上香菜與黑醋，濃厚肉香的好滋味。也可試試意麵肉羹、米粉肉羹、油麵肉羹、肉羹飯，更有飽足感喔！
麻醬麵、肉粽、碗粿也很讃！
