貴公司在高雄有許多優質的作品,但是我必須說,世界心的代銷公司真的很令人不悅!現場人員的態度很差,愛理不理,口氣很差,也沒有工學模型展示、沒有3D模擬圖示介紹、沒有樣品屋,極差的體驗! 我很喜歡京城建設的很多作品,但是這次看屋體驗後,該代銷公司接手的建案再也不會考慮了!感受太差了!

昨天晚上去到旗下的享京城外送,因為第一次按電鈴門打開後,不小心忘記東西我就跑回車上拿,結果來不及門就關了,就再按一次,進去後管理員不分青紅皂白就臭罵我一頓,還問我是不是再玩對講機? 我在工作我又不是吃飽太閒,不先問一下原因就直接大聲罵?我道歉我忘記拿東西,但也不需要直接罵吧

旗下的H2O Hotel 水京棧國際酒店 ,實在是糟糕透了。 是我住過最差勁的飯店? 因為行程關係,連續兩個禮拜週末入住,房價不便宜(禮拜五$6500禮拜六$7500,連續2個禮拜,共$28000)看評價覺得不錯,交通又方便,才選擇此‘’號稱’‘五星級飯店。 第一晚入住時,房務人員完全沒有介紹何時在何處用早餐(貴飯店房價已包含早餐,且號稱會有人員帶領入住並介紹)所謂噱頭的頂樓夜店、迎賓飲料也完全沒有提⋯是顧客本人我,看到房卡上面寫著Welcome Drink才提出疑問!飯店人員才回答,變成我們在一問一答⋯ 進入房間想觀看電視放鬆,豈知電視打不開,去電詢問,立刻與飯店人員接洽,對方還教導我怎麼開電視(當我不會用?)後來我打開遙控器背面發現,電池發霉,電池液漏出,才導致遙控器短路,試問一家五星級飯店,該犯這樣的錯? 第二個禮拜更誇張了,晚上要梳洗時,打開備品,發現飯店回收客人使用過的牙刷!!房務人員連檢查都沒有,就把之前客人開封過的牙刷,原封不動的補充上來⋯ 飯店,清潔應該是最基本的,這種錯誤根本不該出現!我覺得非常噁心,何況還出現在疫情時刻!! 噢~對了,最後我得到高層主管的回應是,人員難免會犯錯,的這種回答⋯ 喔,差點忘記最重要的,就是發生這種事情後,飯店一開始都想要當作沒這回事,是我覺得不爽,才問說,你們知道昨晚發生什麼事嗎?為什麼都沒有給我一個交代及道歉!櫃檯領班(?)才聯繫主管出面,最後給我房價減500,請問這是施捨嗎? 以後挑選飯店,還是選擇連鎖企業的比較保險。我本身住台北,我都願意花更多的價錢去住君悅飯店了,誰還跟你500來500去 強烈建議你們,好好重新教育訓練一下所有的員工、主管!!
