Thé usher who arranged seats earlier was nice. Yet, as the manger shifted to the reception, the experience turned extremely terrible. He carried out his job without work ethic, and treated customers in an astonishingly terrible attitude. It was such a pity that the food served and the rest of the crew were fairly fine. He made the worst dining experience of mine so far. (Though we eventually left without dining there. ) Never had I encountered and imagined service as such. Hope that no one would further experience this, since not a single customer should be treated like that.

Nice steak house

Overall experience was excellent. Would definitely come again. My only recommendation, if possible, update the digital menu/order interface have english language option. Food 5/5 on presentation and flavor. -Steak, rare, was tender w/ amazing flavor -pepper and onion sauce was a very good balance of flavor and pepper spice level. -noodles: amazing 1st experience with this style of noodles a good chewy texture and blends well with the sauce, bonus extra flavor with the side order of egg. -bread: amazing subtle mellow flavor, butter (garlic?) Spread blended beautifully, slight crunchy exterior but a fluffy and slight chewy interior. Will try this and the steak next time. -creamy soup: amazing. Would have kept eating it. With croutons and can recommend with their slight tangy and sur onions. Blends well -cold tea: very refreshing and well sweet black tea. Go for the cold herbal tea for more diverse flavor, also well sweetened

The steak was just okay, nothing particularly special than other steak restaurant. There are not many side dishes tou can choose from, just two soup and a few drinks.

Bun is well baked & the spread is nice. Fillet is soft @ tender. Soup is free flow. Ambient is nice

Their steak is definitely nicer than the ones that I tried in other parts of Taiwan. They even have side dish beside the free flow soup and drink. But their service is only average, we pressed the bell for more 10mins than got staff came to take order from us. Anyway I like their steam egg also, soft and not too salty. But do expect to queue for more than 15minutes

I think this steak shop is so awesome. I ordered a chicken steak; especially, the meat is so soft and juicy. Also, there are some appetizers and drinks that you can choose. all of staff members are so friendly. BTW the price is so reasonable.

Meals were okay. However the restaurant really need to improve the service. Otherwise you shouldn’t charge extra fee. I politely called and asked the last service time and make sure we can finish the meal before the restaurant closed. Setting an alarm to push the customer out was a “never heard “. I just had my one last bite and he just took it away without asking ! That was the worst dining experience ever. The star is for the only one server who is really “serving “. thank you cute girl.
