隔了很久沒做淨膚雷射,感覺很不好。 想回購詢問課程淨膚跟除毛,A諮詢師問到一半就離開說要換另一位B,等了一下也沒人來,詢問小姐過後得到你的課程結束了,可以拿包包離開了。 醫師說要開藥拿了健保卡,也忘記還沒歸還,經過我提醒才知道。 雷射做了3次都說會給退紅藥膏,第一次沒給,回家臉紅了好久,才不敢太常去,第二次跟小姐說,小姐還摳機詢問醫師,好像我要佔這個便宜白要,第三次要健保卡卻忘記,差點叫我回家。 有開過敏藥再櫃檯等了好久沒人招呼,說要等待開藥,我以為跟退紅藥膏一起拿,等了一回也只拿到藥單,去藥局領藥,藥單內還只有過敏藥。 診所內的護士小姐很多人,分工太細,一個代位,一個櫃檯,醫師跟諮詢師又不同人,一個一個傳話很容易漏掉,讓客人白等,又沒人招呼。
