★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 當天是平日晚餐時段其他店幾乎都滿人要排隊,唯獨這間空無一人,趕時間不想排隊來試試看,最後結果雖然不到滿意但也不算是踩雷的感覺。菜單上的選擇很少,麵就只有招牌醬油和辣味味噌兩種可以選,且麵基本的配料較簡單加上又是拌麵,所以這個價位給人偏高的感覺。桌面上有提供多種調味料和插了整根備長炭的冰開水蠻特別的。當天是點招牌醬油,麵上來前會先送上洋蔥清湯,雖然是無限供應但因為麵的醬料部份吃起來偏鹹,吃完應該也不會想再續湯了。麵條本體算蠻好吃的,雖是拌麵但醬汁搭配吃起來很滑順也很有嚼勁,但在什麼調味料都沒加的狀況下還是覺得太鹹了,若口味和價格能再調整應該會更好

?辣味味增油麵(原價$280, 活動特價$200, 並盛(160g)&大盛(240g)&W盛(320g)均一價)
1.油麵的麵體蠻有嚼勁的...不會太軟. ? (差點又想問麵的軟硬...能不能調整 ?)
2.辣味味增在碗底...需翻起來拌一拌. 個人覺得蠻有辣度的. ?
3.因為只想嚐鮮...所以選擇並盛(160g)而已. 吃完也不算太空虛. 沒有很餓的話...覺得不用選到W盛.
4.依食用方法...淋了醋跟香味油. 結果吃到後面...碗底蠻油的.(是不會覺得油膩) 可能辣味增本身放置於碗底時...已經有添加油了. 所以吃的時候...應該不用再額外淋香味油.
5.配料的條狀叉燒...以瘦肉居多.
6.就這樣的配料而言...就算一碗特價$200...個人覺得還是偏貴.
?日式炸雞($120)
1.共有四塊..還算大塊.
2.沾柚子胡椒吃...個人覺得頗搭.
✏️備註
1.除了桌上的調味料之外...還可免費跟店員要蒜末...蒜泥...以及柚子胡椒.
2.蒜泥我拿來配油麵吃...有點嗆.
3.柚子胡椒蠻驚艷的!? 入口後柚子的味道蠻明顯的...尾韻則是胡椒的味道.
4.洋蔥丁灑在油麵上配著吃...口感也不錯.
5.辣油無辣感.
6.點餐後會送上一杯冰開水(桌上有一整壺的冰開水...可自行添加)...以及一杯清湯.(忘記問清湯能不能續)
7.衛生紙?是大張的. ?

3. Because I just want to try it...so I choose Hesheng (160g). It is not empty after eating. If you are not very hungry... I don't think I need to choose W Sheng.
4. According to the way of eating...it was poured with vinegar and scented oil. It turned out to be very oily at the bottom of the bowl. (It doesn't feel greasy) Maybe the spicy miso itself was placed on the bottom of the bowl... The oil is added. So when you eat it... you shouldn't need to add extra fragrance oil.
5. Barbecued pork with toppings...mostly lean meat.
6. As far as the ingredients are concerned...even a bowl of special price of $200...personally think it is still expensive.

1. There are four pieces in total... still a big piece.
2. Dip it with yuzu pepper... personally think it's quite good.
✏️Remarks
1. In addition to the seasoning on the table...you can also ask the clerk for minced garlic...mashed garlic...and yuzu pepper for free.
2. I used the garlic paste to serve with oil noodles...a bit choked.
3. The grapefruit pepper is amazing! ? The taste of grapefruit is quite obvious after the entrance...The end rhyme is the taste of pepper.
4. Sprinkle the diced onion on the oil surface and serve it...the taste is also good.
5.The spicy oil has no spicy feeling.

我們點了醬油跟辣味,吃起來麵條Q彈,味道也夠重,旁邊有佐料可以使用,包含洋蔥末等。
主餐上桌前會先提供杯裝的湯,不會清淡,是醬油洋蔥味,好喝!且湯可以續。
單點餃子,吃起來不錯但就是沒什麼特別。
整體來說好吃,只是價位偏高。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沒有湯的拉麵,改用香味油和醋與其他配料調味攪拌,非常有特色,麵量可調整且為統一價格,整體來說價格較貴但還不錯吃,附贈的洋蔥湯非常好喝,可以續碗。油拌麵吃到最後會有些膩,加入桌邊調料會好一些,柚子胡椒可以另外跟店員要,還蠻香的但加多會非常鹹要注意。
去了數次常常排隊排很久,但原因都是明明空位非常多,但店員卻都沒放客人進去,導致外面大排長龍而裡面非常空曠的奇景發生,排隊人越多越會出現這種情形,不知是否是為了營造排隊人潮多的景象?

乍看之下,潛意識就感覺很貴,心想為何一碗不起眼的乾麵可以賣到這麼貴??
但是饕者有云:越是簡單,越是不起眼的食物,倘若能夠做到讓你驚豔,那才是功夫,或許這裡賣的不只是食材的價值而已吧?!
店裡的陳設除了有餐桌區外還有吧檯區,服務人員不多(大約只有4人/清一色都是女生),可能因為要趕著做現場客人的餐點以外,還要趕著做外送平台&外帶客人的餐點,所以感覺出餐很慢?…,這裡的餐前清湯味道還不錯?(容器是杯子),開水是竹炭水,大水壺裡活生生的放了一截木炭?,而整頓餐點裡不會出現湯匙喔!(因為只賣乾麵不賣湯?)
重點來到主食的味道,今日品嚐的是“招牌醬油油麵/240g”,個人感覺有點偏鹹,或許是承製日本的原汁原味吧!不過口感上感覺是好吃的,油麵的部份要比我們台灣本土的油麵粗很多,而Q彈方面的感覺比較像是日式拉麵,還有麵裡所附上的叉燒肉條也不錯吃,味道夠,肉質軟嫩,很適合長輩食用,另外飲料方面(另計)是迷你的玻璃瓶裝,很可愛?。
如果你也想試試不一樣的東方油麵,而且不計較消費金額,不計較待餐時間,或許這裡可以是你另一個選擇?。

日本麵系中,乾麵類型比較少,沾麵、蕎麥麵應該都是比較常聽到的系列。東京油組,這家是很早期在日本旅行住青旅時同棟旅客的推薦,當初早就安排前往,但造化弄人,每每總是錯過。總算是在南部等到它進駐,不用飛就可以走路到東京,是一種不能出國的小確幸。
東京油組,在美食強敵環伺的高雄巨蛋餐廳中,人潮並不多,熱門用餐時段對門的大戶屋都要叫號排隊入場了,它還只有3、4成滿席,如果熱門時段要找巷子內的美食,可以大膽走進來吃沒有問題。
油組麵,只有兩款可以選,原味、辣味(辣味噌),上桌時分別就是用紅辣黑原,碗色分辨。這裏不管麵量多寡都是均一價,從並盛160g、大盛240g、W盛320g想吃多少都可以,不過只能在點餐時選好麵量,不能後續追加。
?麵本體味道主要都是自己調整出來的,基本上桌時底部會有醬油,辣味多了辣味噌。上桌時,桌旁有白醋、香料油、辣油、洋蔥碎、黑胡椒,大盛的麵店員推薦,醋、香料油各繞3圈,先吃幾口再微調鹹淡。所有材料都是從日本運來,據目錄說明表示吃到是跟日本一樣的味道。
?洋蔥湯,上桌時除了很日本再怎麼冷都一定會給的冰水外,還有一杯用柴魚高湯混洋蔥碎的洋蔥湯,這杯是可以無限續加,太冷的時候狂喝這湯不但暖胃還更開胃。
?組合A、B,點餐方式就是先選口味,再選麵量,最後就是要選添加的組合,就是topping鋪面,如果不選組合鋪面,就是一坨黃色麵體上桌,組合A有芝麻蔥花、溫泉蛋、筍干,組合B多了一組叉燒肉片。
?總結:其實就是日式傻瓜麵,麵上桌調味自己加,拌入溫泉蛋、蔥花芝麻,跟大量的香料油、醋,粗粗的麵條巴附滿滿的醬汁,濃郁的香氣跟Q到把牙彈開的麵體,好吃到不行。香料油不辣超級香,桌上的辣油頗辣,小心酌量加,推薦多加桌旁的生洋蔥碎、跟一點點柚子胡椒,整體又有不同風味。
註:柚子胡椒偏鹹,要加少一點,不然吃到最後可能就要直送腎臟科門診。
