★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/9/17 中午打電話詢問預約蒙娜麗莎月餅事宜，打了三通才有人接，且來接電話的門市阿姨態度超級差勁，一直嘆氣（是家裡有*事？）一副不想處理預約作業的態度
後續預約流程也錯誤，完全沒有詢問票券號碼以利之後消費者到店領貨，要是消費者以為預約成功直接殺去門市然後才發現沒貨，難道要消費者自認倒楣嗎？

小杯135元，大杯170元。

聖代冰類整體吃起來還挺開心的！
奶茶方面則比三越店的少糖一些。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 用配送冰淇淋蛋糕，原本訂於13～14配送到，結果13:15分打電話詢問配送到時會電話通知嗎？也沒說配送人員未到達，等到13:43分外送員打來說她看錯時間，說她現在車子有點問題在修理，現在幫過去取件在配送，改14:30左右到，我在打回原門市詢問，門市人員說配送員腸胃炎，跟配送員描述的不一樣，當初有跟門市說14前一定要到，然後門市人員說要不退費或更改時間，叫我把收據跟信用卡交給外送員，我說妳會把信用卡交給他人嗎！！哈根達斯公司真的是沒在訓練員工嗎？不準時配送到客戶手上，已造成客戶不便！也不會在消費.
