路過見鐵板燒，格局是1 chef to all customers。點了蒜香脆皮雞排，見廚師將皮往沾粉，皮朝下放鐵板上，等皮金黃，切件放九層塔，蓋上，熟後放上預製的炸蒜片及指天椒。
吃一口雞，一如所料，皮硬肉乾，蒜片如石味苦，辣椒跟雞沒有連結，無法添味。
這做法其實是將廚房的 mass production 設備搬到餐桌前，談不上「鐵板燒」，價格是TWD290，性價比偏低。

I'm passing by and see Teppanyaki. The layout is 1 chef to all customers. I ordered the garlic crispy chicken steak and saw the chef put the skin on the powder and put the skin down on the iron plate. When the skin was golden, cut into pieces and put on nine-layer pagoda. Cover, and put pre-made fried garlic slices and chili peppers after cooking.
Take a bite of chicken. As expected, the skin is hard and the meat is jerky. The garlic slices are bitter like a stone. The chili is not connected to the chicken, so it can't add flavor.
This approach is actually to move the mass production equipment in the kitchen to the table, not to mention "teppanyaki", the price is TWD290, the price is low.

蚵仔不錯吃
小羊排2人份量很少
飲料部分只有很甜的紅茶，沒有水可以止膩
所以一直吃的很膩
不推

剛好去漢神巨蛋路過來品嚐
服務我們的廚師跟店員都很客氣很有禮貌
店員好像叫佳芬
廚師微胖沒注意看叫什麼名字
但特別提是因為態度真的很好
餐點滿好吃的
但如同大家說的「太鹹」
但是廚師人很好
問了兩次：「味道還可以嗎？」
因為怕麻煩別人我就沒多說
但我個人覺得真的滿好吃的
如果覺得「太鹹」
可以跟廚師反應都能調整

- 價格高，但食物品質只能與廉價大埔鐵板燒等級。可以說食物品質還未到大埔鐵板燒品質！
- 豬排有雪藏味道！
- 看到職員每次烤肉後，沒有清洗鐵板，很恐怖！
總括來說，以後不會再惠顧。希望大家不要中伏，真的令我很失望！
