★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 相關服務及櫃檯都是臨時的工讀生，專業和在職教育根本一問三不知，不然就是都要再上承單位浪費一堆時間，問同一件事，回覆版本和所需的文件漏東漏西的。不是每個人都有那種時間去現場泡咖啡瞎耗⋯⋯
來一點會的！
寄個信，寄到信還會遺失不見，台北來回大概只要2.3天就收到了，隔壁區花了近2個禮拜寄到信還會不見？嚴重質疑是不是根本就忘了寄，督促2回才收到。
但是現場的服務人員態度是還不錯，公司交接流程不太行。

If you send a letter, the letter will be lost when it arrives. It only takes about 2.3 days to get it back and forth from Taipei. It took nearly 2 weeks for the letter to be sent to the next area. Seriously questioned whether I forgot to send it at all, and only received it after urging 2 times.
However, the attitude of the on-site service personnel is not bad, and the company handover process is not very good.
