My parents like the simple memorable dishes much since they were young. I recommend the beef noodle soup at first. Factually you had better try all items. Only is the space small, you need to be patient.

Today I try the spicy beef noodles(big one TWD.130)medium spicy, believe me, you can't imagine how spicy it is! If you are a Spicy lover, you can challenge it. I will try nonspicy noodles next time when I visit ?
