★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在服務態度都是這樣子的？到店取餐一句招呼都沒有連稍等一下也不說 一直泡自己的飲料 然後另一個女店員出來也不會問點了沒還是取餐蝦忙？後來過了好幾分鐘才問我是要幹嘛的 結果我的飲料在櫃檯放了很久也沒人說知名品牌飲料店服務不是都應該要很好的嗎？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天重愛店櫃檯的男店員瘦瘦的那個，雖然不知道你的名字，但服務態度跟別間麻古比起來都親切很多，今天買了6杯飲料請朋友喝，有幾個朋友說這件的茶喝起來比較回甘順口，為什麼麻古每間店的飲料喝起來都不太一樣，重愛店在我喝過麻古那麼多間店算是好喝的，請繼續保持下去，我也會常光顧

星期二訂了13杯飲料，其中的金萱和綠茶喝起來都很澀，打去詢問是否是隔夜茶，他們說按照正常煮茶程序，以後會注意，結果最後店員補一句：以後不要訂他們重愛店，因為距離有點遠
聽到這個整個火大，明明我們距離騎車根本不用10分鐘，而且一開始接單也沒說，在我們反應後，才叫我們不要訂他們店的
麻古真是了不起，可以叫顧客不要訂，以後我們也不會訂，這件事我已經告訴身邊親朋好友，以後都不要訂麻古，因為他們會叫客人不要訂
全台灣又不是只有一間飲料店，喝飲料還受氣！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/17 21:32分電洽麻古重愛店，點了一杯翡翠香橙，並且要求店員百香果多一點，店員電話中沒聽到，到現場取餐後發現飲料有誤，並向店員反應，店員態度極差的把原本飲料倒出來後加了一點百香進去，後來店員倒出杯子內的飲品已經到八分滿，並沒有補冰至滿杯，就放進封口機，向店員提議，店員非常不甘願大力的將飲料杯戳破，補冰至滿杯後，此時杯子封口兩次了，想也知道沒辦法密合，果不其然封口第三次後飲料就直接露出來，店員才在換一個杯子，煩請加強晚班員工訓練，過程中並沒有惡言相向，全程看著店員操作，提點一下飲料未滿杯，店員態度如此極差，不知道是要收店了態度才如此惡劣還是店員本身當天心情就不好！
