例如：醇濃抹茶不加糖，做成普通全糖的抹茶那提
焦糖瑪其朵大杯糖漿一下，做成全糖
好幾次我會回頭請店員重做，但是後來真的很灰心，提出的並不是特殊要求但是出錯頻頻，我後來直接倒掉飲料兩次，以後寧願繞路去其他間，也無法接受像這樣的星巴克品質

Several times I would go back and ask the clerk to redo it, but then I was really discouraged. The request was not a special request but I made mistakes frequently. Later, I poured out the drink twice. Later, I would rather detour to another room, and could not accept something like this. Starbucks quality
