★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 裡面“主任”對入住長者講話都很大聲，非常沒有禮貌，沒有愛心！住在這邊好像坐牢一樣！沒有任何休閒活動，牆上活動都是假的，生活環境只有屋子房間內跟大廳（一台小電視）雖然是一人一間，但房間空間很小，門都是開放式管理，半夜還有病患亂吼亂叫，家人反應非常影響睡眠，每次反應得到的回饋就是：覺得不好可以去別的地方住，不用勉強！入住說包含所有費用含尿布，入住後又會請您自行提供耗材，不足月要退費，還會扣東扣西

The living environment is only the room. Although there is one room for one person in the room and the lobby (a small TV), the room is very small and the doors are open management. Suffering from yelling and screaming, the reaction of the family members greatly affects sleep, and the feedback received from each reaction is: if you feel bad, you can go to live elsewhere, don't force it! Check-in says that all costs are included, including diapers. After check-in, you will be asked to provide consumables by yourself. The fee will be refunded in less than a month and will be deducted

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雖然主任講話大聲不過其實沒惡意，而且都會站在病人及病人家屬方面替我們著想，有時候也會自掏腰包幫我們買一些水果或點心給住民們吃，至於房間我覺得要入住之前就一定已經看過了且接受，所以既然決定入住事後還要來抱怨這點可能不太合理，總之我覺得家人留在這邊給他們照顧我很放心。
Although the director speaks loudly, he is not malicious, and he will stand on the side of the patient and the patient’s family to think for us. Sometimes he will help us buy some fruits or snacks for the residents at his own expense. As for the room, I think it must be before we move in. I have seen it and accepted it, so since I have decided to move in and complain about it afterwards, it may be unreasonable. In short, I feel relieved that my family will stay here and take care of them.
