明明已經告知技師是冷氣風扇故障,卻還是要說是壓縮機壞了,沒壞的東西卻叫你換,技師是否具備專業證照與檢修能力著實質疑!?再者收費超高,工錢賺你,零件也要灌入高利潤,店家的售後服務與問題處理更是一絕!! 先說敝人具備國家乙級技術士證照,也懂得車輛基本故障確認及排除,幾天前本人的車行駛中突然沒冷氣,只有鼓風機作動,檢視後當下認為是冷氣風扇問題,隨即送給具有優良口碑的專業精修冷氣修配廠家,經技師插電腦及故障檢修後,也確定是冷氣風扇壞了,但因為此車在今年1月份才在這家德品更換過冷氣風扇,因此決定聯絡此廠家作檢修,我告知公司接電話的小姐,此車曾在此換裝冷氣風扇不知道是否還有沒有保固,小姐說要查並約了時間讓我送廠檢修。 當車送達車廠時就告知技師此車有其他廠商及我自己檢驗過都認為是冷氣風扇壞了,但他們技師卻於檢視後堅說是壓縮機壞了要換掉,當下加上要更換乾燥瓶,清洗管路,連工資報價如果加換原廠的壓縮機將會是$34000元。 當下我將車開走並送到另一家保修廠再次做檢查,結果此家技師依然確定是冷氣風扇壞掉只需更換新品即可,而且如果就算是需要更換壓縮機他們此間的報價也比德品便宜太多!! 當下打電話回去告知德品,接電話依然是上次通電話的同一位小姐,自稱是會計,再次告訴她別人的檢測結果,這次她的說法就表示我更換的風扇已經過保固,他們其實可以不處理,又說他們會叫一顆風扇裝上去讓技術去做測試,請問你們廠家是如此做檢測的嗎?叫零件來裝?!然後試試看會不會有用?!技師的專業在哪裡?!還說如果我不喜歡他們的處理方式,可以把車拿去別家去做!! 電話中我請她去幫我做精準的報價,如再度更換新風扇多少錢?何種品牌?工資如何算?你猜結果咧,德品後面完全無回覆,這就是他們的客服水準!! 1. 東西過保固是沒錯,但這麽巧,當初更換風扇只有6個月的保固,結果剛過保固期東西就壞了!但最主要的是你們的處理態度!! 2. 明明沒壞的東西確叫客戶更換?!兩家不同的廠家都認定是冷氣風扇壞掉,你們還要說是壓縮機?!啊~請問廠家,是你們技師的專業能力有待商確?!還是要宰客人?!or BOTH?!
