★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 林執行長疑似沒地政士證照，沒專業常識，我在世時跟我說沒問題交給她處理結果拖約2個月還沒有辦理相關事務，我也過世了，後來被退件了才告知家人沒繼承權，財產全部被國家沒收，還要去法院打官司，她竟然將我生前親手簽名重要的委託辦理過戶證據遺失，事後推的乾淨不聞不問，很惡劣的事務所，希望不要再有人受害（害人家財產損失，能用一句「不好意思我以爲」事後才去問律師應付一下，您一個人缺失造成委託人財產沒入國庫損失，有職業道德嗎？！）
