★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天去購買,發現冰櫃裡的脆筍跟花生都發霉了,跟老闆反應,老闆說脆筍會拿下面冰箱的,不會用發霉的(這不是廢話?),所有的食材都放在同一個冰櫃,其中一樣發霉都會影響其他的吧,有夠噁心,不會再去購買了,人品跟衛生堪憂!

鹽水雞的製作方法為將整隻雞塗上胡椒、花椒、鹽等調味料醃漬,放入冰箱冷藏一段時間後,再放入以蔥、薑、胡椒、花椒調製的鹽水中煮熟,將雞拿出來冷卻後即可灑上薑絲、蔥花及特製醬汁食用。不同店家所調配的醬汁風味不盡相同,但大致上雞肉的口感都十分有彈性且不油膩,配料與醬汁使得雞肉更美味。
鹽水雞,又或叫鹹水雞,為經典台灣小吃之一。通常以雞齡較老的蛋雞用鹽水燙煮後,再泡水冷卻使雞皮收縮緊實,吃起來的口感會比一般雞隻來得爽脆,肉質較硬、有咬勁。
鹽水雞主要成分為雞肉,是將整隻全雞塗抹上調味料,經醃製過後,再放入鹽水鍋中熬煮,最後取出放置至涼,再依各個不同部位分別切塊,淋上醬汁及蒜泥,並灑上蔥花及薑絲。
鹽水雞攤販一般也有兼賣以鹽水醃製的雞心、雞肝、雞胗、脆腸、蔬菜等食物。
