★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蔡醫師本人非常專業，溫和有禮，對病患的提問有問必答，也不會因為後面還有一堆掛號而催促病患。
扣掉的兩顆星是給護士，從掛號的、抽血到藥劑師全部都是晚娘臉，看診超過20次了，從沒看過一次好臉色。
 Dr. Tsai himself is very professional, gentle and polite, and he always answers questions from patients, and he does not urge patients because there are a lot of registrations behind them.
The two deducted stars were given to nurses. From the registration, the blood draw to the pharmacist, they were all night ladies' faces. I have seen more than 20 doctors, and I have never seen a good face.

回家後吃一包藥就緩解很多了

，不想出來上班妳可以滾回家 沒人欠你錢 臉色這麼難看可以進去給蔡醫師診治 看看會不會有起色 順便試試蔡醫師的功夫

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蔡醫師人非常專業親切，但櫃台及護理人員的素質真的無比的差，沒有看過態度如此差的。病人好聲詢問，也被無禮對待。因為我想要做驗某個疾病的檢查詢問價錢，詢問完後我決定下次再做，護理人員直接丟我的健保卡及零錢到桌上，一句話也沒有說直接轉頭離去，我在旁邊站了10秒後，主動詢問另一個還留在櫃檯"面無表情"的人員(一直都在旁邊，一發不語)，我疑惑問"所以我現在可以離開了嗎？"那個人員才勉強點頭(意思好像是"阿不然勒")，真的非常不快，從頭到尾病人都是簡單好聲詢問，卻被接待人員如此對待。
Dr. Cai is very professional and friendly, but the quality of the counter and nursing staff is really poor. I have never seen such a bad attitude. The patient asked kindly and was treated rudely. Because I wanted to do a test for a certain disease and asked for the price. After the inquiry, I decided to do it again next time. The nurse threw my health insurance card and change on the table, turned around and left without saying a word. After standing by for 10 seconds, I took the initiative to ask another person who was still at the counter with a "faceless" face (always beside him without saying a word), I asked "so can I leave now?" That person I just nodded reluctantly (meaning "Abulle"), which was really unpleasant. From beginning to end, the patient asked in a simple and kind voice, but was treated like this by the reception staff.
