 Ordered a 6-inch cake with more than 1,000 pieces at Jetezo cafe, emphasizing that it was made after the order was placed. After waiting for several days, the cake looked like it had been refrigerated for a long time and was extremely dry. When it was cut, it was dry until there were a lot of crumbs. In the situation, I couldn't swallow after a few bites. I immediately responded to the customer service, and only responded to the production department. I didn't take the initiative to understand whether something went wrong. The consumer experience is not worth the price.
