先是在不同時間去了2-3次 每次櫃上都沒有服務人員
再來是服務人員並不會告知產品價格及各項產品間的差異 都是我主動問一句對方才回一句 十分尷尬且很有壓力

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大多數植村秀的服務人員態度都不太好 很開心遇到天使櫃姐芮琝 不但很有耐心替我講解各式的商品用法 還不厭其煩的幫我試妝 因為我的粉底液用到完全見底但是門市缺貨 天使櫃姐還拿了夠量的試用包給我替用☺️☺️☺️
Most of Uemura ’s service staff are not very good. I am very happy to meet Angel Cabinet sister Rui Yi not only has the patience to explain all kinds of product usage to me but also takes the trouble to help me try makeup because my foundation is completely bottomed. The store's out of stock angel cabinet sister also took enough trial packages for me to substitute ☺️☺️☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 每次去櫃檯都沒人，好不容易等到她出現，態度好冷淡，那也沒有關係！想試一下產品，幾乎是每一樣都打槍妳，非常非常想買此櫃的粉底，但櫃姐一副很不願意讓你試的冷面孔，不用笑沒關係，但可以親切一點嗎？ 決定每次去新光三越都要來這櫃看一下櫃姐，可以有效抑制我花錢的慾望。
不過新光三越百貨的停車不友善、各櫃的服務態度冷也不是一時的了，說服自己要適應，誰叫它開在我家附近呢。

不限金額皆可以加入玩色會員，第二次回櫃消費升等風尚，但櫃姐說只能滿5000才能加入會員。
其次是因為只購買粉底液沒有購買粉底刷，整個態度就很差，高高在上臉很臭真的讓人很沒有消費慾望。
上次回櫃因為剛好沒有海綿粉撲了，順便買一下，結果櫃姐都不在櫃上、還是別櫃的先幫我服務的？
而且前去詢問有沒有幫我累積到會員點數，櫃姐說有，然後一樣不耐煩。
好哦。
結果壓根沒有累積耶，真的是好棒的櫃姐。
