★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent beef noodles! Ordered the dry and soup beef pulled noodles (拉面) ($95). Noodles had a pleasant chewy texture, broth was rich in beef flavor, and beef was soft and moist. I enjoyed the soup noodles more than the dry noodles (a little sweet). The fresh vegetables here and cooked with the beef broth which is tasty! They make their own dumplings ($5 per) which are wonderful. I think they sell them uncooked in batches to bring home, but not sure. Plenty of seating and free tea. Will definitely be back for a quick evening bite. Hits the beef noodle and dumpling cravings!
