店內每張桌子都配有超大內嵌鐵鍋,又大又深,很多很新奇的特色小吃,像是推薦豬皮凍,喜歡吃豬皮的一定會愛上,我們當天三個人點排骨雞腿鍋(約兩人份量)但再加點一些火鍋料加一加,也是吃的很撐,馬鈴薯很鬆軟很好吃,腐竹超好吃,大推~口味很像台灣的紅燒,煮到後面會變比較鹹,不然ㄧ開始湯頭很甜可以直接喝。

專程安排南部之旅,刻意南下嚐鮮。 口味真的很棒,沒有失望,北方麵食就是好吃。因為我們一行人偏向澱粉控,把所有主食幾乎都點一輪了,完全吃撐了。 店家態度親切,熱心介紹,氛圍很好的一家店,能一起圍著大鍋吃飯真的挺熱鬧幸福的。 此行因為帶了小朋友出遊,只能選擇比較清淡的口味。所以有點可惜,沒有如願吃到純正東北味。 但調味區有辣醬可以自行取用,小小彌補了內心的遺憾。 店內東西確實好吃,份量也十分足夠。點一鍋排骨燉雞腿,肉量足足的。 三大二小吃一鍋也不用加肉,這價位真的很超值。 前菜大推家常涼拌菜,有豆皮,小黃瓜和其他配料,超大一盤爽口好吃,開胃的很。 真心推薦要點玉米餅,貼在鍋邊蒸熟,好玩又好吃。 老闆很大方,看我們一行五人,只點一份四片的量還多招待一片。 玉米麺條和東北粉條我個人也覺得必點,吸飽湯汁後搭配黃豆芽一起吃,超級好吃,人間美味。 如果跟我們一樣是澱粉控,還可以考慮加點 辣醬拌麵和涼拌乾麵~ 麵條勁道有彈性,帶點微辣真的很涮嘴。 水餃也很特別,有酸白菜和雪裡紅口味。 老闆很貼心幫我們準備各五顆,一次滿足嚐鮮的需求,小朋友也吃的津津有味。 以食材表現來說是符合定價的,我個人覺得並不貴。 吃的出店家的用心,祝福店家生意興隆。 日後有機會再去高雄,想再去吃看看純正東北味的鐵鍋燉。
